and please be kind to meralco call center agents. shouting solves nothing.
to help meralco crews locate damaged facilities faster, report broken poles, wiredowns, exploded transformers to 16211.
if people only knew what we went through all night.
meralco is doing its best to restore power at the soonest possible time. please understand that this would not be as easy as it seems.

power restoration in cavite, laguna and quezon about to begin. storm has relatively subsided on those areas.
i estimate that 90% of the rest of manila has no power.

almost all circuits in cavite, laguna and quezon are without power… tail of storm is stronger than its head.
